Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Bali to help onboard and grow travel client accounts across APAC, with emphasis on Indonesia. The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia and a proactive, success-driven mindset.

The position is a 12-month fixed term contract, offering the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, global Flywire team while delivering analytics, strategy, and high-quality client support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client communication.
• 2–3 years of relationship/account management experience in a commercial setting.
• Able to handle objections and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and ensure success throughout the client life cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships within travel client accounts.
• Develop strategy per client to grow transaction volume and revenue via upselling.
• Provide clients with analytics and reporting.
• Act as trusted advisor and communicate evolving needs to product and management.
• Maintain understanding of Flywire services and represent the company professionally.
