Job summary

ICS Travel Group is seeking an Accounts Support to join our Finance Team on a 6-month fixed-term project in Bali, Denpasar. The role focuses on daily accounting tasks, reconciliation, payments, and currency handling with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

You will work with Xero, Trev, and AI-based reconciliation tools to support client funds, supplier payments, and financial administration while developing experience in an international travel business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related admin role.
• Background in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Xero is an advantage.
• Ability to work with foreign currencies and basic currency conversions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve account queries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile creditor accounts using the Trev system.
• Prepare and upload payments through Xero.
• Update and maintain foreign currency exchange rates.
• Process foreign currency transactions, including refunds and payments.
• Allocate and reconcile client funds accurately.
• Work with AI reconciliation system to investigate discrepancies and assist with problem-solving.
• Ensure records and transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with other accounting/administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
