Job summary

ByteDance is hiring a Partnerships Manager based in Indonesia to support Lark's APAC expansion and focus on the Indonesian market. You will source, outreach to, and qualify channel partners, build aligned business plans, monitor partner sales, and coordinate joint marketing to accelerate growth.

The role reports to the Sales lead and requires strong English and Indonesian communication. You will collaborate with partner enablement, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration

Responsibilities

• Source, outreaching, and qualifying potential partners in target markets to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with acquired partners to build business plans aligned with Lark's strategy and growth.
• Enablement and monitoring of partners' sales, with actions or interventions as needed.
• Plan and evolve partner strategies to align with Lark's GTM approach and target audiences.
• Act as main contact for partner operations and inquiries to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Interface between Lark and Partners' marketing teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Grow partners' pipelines by monitoring performance and identifying improvements.
