Job summary

Unit4 Prosoft in Jakarta is seeking an Associate Quality Manager (Junior Quality Engineer) to join our Prosoft team. You will be the first line of defense, executing manual tests across web and mobile platforms to ensure bug-free software aligned with APAC labor laws.

You will document defects with clear reproduction steps, verify payroll compliance for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and other countries, and collaborate with senior testers and developers to improve HR features.

Qualifications

• Experience running manual test cases for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to write clear steps to reproduce defects.
• Familiar with payroll, attendance, leave, and claims modules in HRMS.
• Knowledge of labour regulations in APAC countries is a plus.
• Ability to work with senior testers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Test Execution: Run manual test cases for the Prosoft web and mobile platforms.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, record, and track software defects using DevOps; write clear reproduction steps.
• Statutory Verification: Assist in verifying payroll rules align with government requirements in APAC countries.
• Regression Testing: Re-test fixed bugs and perform health checks after updates.
• Documentation: Maintain and update simple test scripts and checklists.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior testers and developers to understand new HR features.
