BIPO Service Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the reliability of our HRMS platform across global clients. You will design and execute test plans, perform manual testing, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and resolve issues.

You will review product docs, contribute to QA processes, and validate AI-powered features while applying HRIS testing experience. A Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Software Engineering and 3+ years of QA experience are required;

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA / Software Testing experience with strong Manual Testing experience.
• HRIS testing experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, test management, defect tracking, and risk analysis.
• Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered product testing is highly preferred; knowledge of AI output validation and prompt testing is an advantage.
• Understanding of HR processes is advantageous.
• Good English proficiency and experience in a multinational environment are advantageous.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
• Review product documentation and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
• Test and validate AI-powered features, including functionality, accuracy, reliability, and potential risks.
