Job summary

Unit4 Prosoft, Jakarta-based, seeks an Associate Quality Manager (Junior Quality Engineer) to ensure bug-free software across payroll, leave, attendance, and claims modules. You’ll run manual tests on web and mobile platforms and document defects clearly for rapid fixes.

You will verify statutory payroll requirements across APAC regions and perform regression checks after updates, collaborating with senior testers and developers.

Qualifications

• Experience running manual test cases for web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to identify, record and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance testing across APAC countries.
• Experience in regression testing after updates and in maintaining test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Test Execution: Run manual test cases for the Prosoft web and mobile platforms.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, record, and track software defects using DevOps with clear steps.
• Statutory Verification: Verify payroll rules align with country requirements.
• Regression Testing: Re-test fixed bugs and perform health checks after updates.
• Documentation: Maintain simple test scripts and checklists.
