You will define testing strategies, manage teams, and collaborate with product, development, and risk stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly software. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on testing expertise in modern environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experiences of management for Quality Assurance department, especially software development qualityassurance.
• More than 3 years experiences of involving job of development or quality assurance of critical software in financial or retail fieldsoftware.
• Having Knowledge of SDLC and Project Management
• Advanced certifications in QA/testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) are highly valued.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (manual & automated testing).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategies, policies, and quality standards.
• Align testing objectives with business and compliance goals (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS, or industry standards). Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure coverage across functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing. Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements.
• Report quality metrics, risks, and improvement plans to management.
• Ensure testing processes comply with regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks early and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
