Job summary

PT BUSANID TECHNO ASIA seeks a QA Engineer to design and run manual tests, analyze specs, and ensure quality across functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests. You will perform usability-like checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements.

The role requires 2–4 years of manual testing experience, strong STLC knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, Bugzilla, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in test case design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, Bugzilla, and Azure DevOps for bug tracking.
• Understanding of API testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Identify test scenarios and edge cases.
• Manual testing execution across multiple testing types.
• Bug management: document, track, reproduce, and verify fixes.
• Create detailed test documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and designers to improve requirements.
