Join S&P Global Energy in Jakarta as a Senior Customer Success professional focusing on upstream oil & gas clients across APAC. Lead onboarding, drive adoption, and foster long-term partnerships by delivering proactive training and strategic reviews.

You will monitor health metrics, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize value and revenue growth for our clients in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Extensive upstream oil & gas industry experience with operators, service companies or energy consultancies.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles focusing on relationship management, training delivery, and growth.
• Proficient with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik) and advanced MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic customer relationships across upstream oil & gas accounts to maximize adoption and retention.
• Lead onboarding programs and deliver targeted training to optimize client workflows and value realization.
• Monitor customer health metrics and satisfaction, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver seamless service.
• Conduct regular business reviews and on-site engagements to assess performance and gather insights.
• Leverage analytics and emerging tech to provide data-driven insights that improve experience and adoption.
