Qualifications

• Experience in upstream oil & gas with an operator, service company, or energy consulting firm.
• Proven client-facing and onboarding skills with strong communication.
• Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer relationships across upstream oil & gas accounts.
• Lead comprehensive customer onboarding programs and training.
• Proactively monitor customer health metrics and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews and on-site engagements.
• Leverage analytics to provide data-driven insights and improvements.
