In this role you’ll drive business development, develop proposals, and apply advanced analytics and AI techniques to create innovative solutions, dashboards, and models for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas with project management or upstream consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements end-to-end.
• Drive business development, scope opportunities, and proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI capabilities to enhance project delivery.
• Develop reusable methodologies and IP for client solutions.
