S&P Global Energy is seeking an Associate Director for Upstream Consulting in Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end upstream energy engagements, drive client value, and mentor teams across projects, while leveraging advanced analytics and AI to deliver innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes growth through proposals, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of reusable methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Formación

• Experience in oil & gas project management or management consulting with upstream exposure.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects and managing client relationships.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, R).
• Strong stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead upstream energy consulting engagements from scoping to execution, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Drive business development by scoping opportunities and creating proposals.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate resources across engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Apply advanced analytics, GenAI, and AI to enhance project delivery and create solutions.
• Develop reusable IP and methodologies to drive efficiency and value for clients.
