Job summary

You will partner with technology and operations to embed AI in daily workflows, monitor results, and push for efficiency gains across processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation, with strong analytical and communication skills and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation.
• Experience with Generative AI or Intelligent Automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support exploration, development, testing, deployment and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to integrate AI into workflows.
• Monitor efficacy and refine logic to improve accuracy and throughput.
• Identify initiatives to optimize workflows and increase Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates.
• Eliminate manual touchpoints through digital adoption and process re-engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions balancing risk and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to design scalable, digital-first solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the exploration, monitoring the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools (e.g., document extraction, intent identification, and process automations).
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing operational workflows.
• Monitor the efficacy of automated tools and refine logic/parameters to improve accuracy and throughput.

• Support the exploration and identification of new initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows, specifically focusing on increasing Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual touchpoints through digital adoption and process re-engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions, balancing operational risk with the potential for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional "squads" to design and prototype scalable, empathy-driven solutions that transition operations from traditional manual processing to digital-first models.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Prior experience with Generative AI tools or Intelligent Automation (e.g. RPA/OCR) is a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex problems into structured solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transformation environment.
