Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation roles.
• Technical skills: Generative AI or Intelligent Automation (RPA/OCR) is a plus.
