Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation, with strong analytical and communication skills and a degree in a related field.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Banking Operations, Strategy, or Transformation.
- Experience with Generative AI or Intelligent Automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support exploration, development, testing, deployment and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to integrate AI into workflows.
- Monitor efficacy and refine logic to improve accuracy and throughput.
- Identify initiatives to optimize workflows and increase Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates.
- Eliminate manual touchpoints through digital adoption and process re-engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging digital solutions balancing risk and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to design scalable, digital-first solutions.
