Innovation & AI Enablement* Support the exploration, monitoring the development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered operational tools (e.g., document extraction, intent identification, and process automations).* Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing operational workflows.* Monitor the efficacy of automated tools and refine logic/parameters to improve accuracy and throughput.2.
