Responsibilities

• Implement the DBSI Operational Risk Management Policy and processes within the Ops unit to ensure a sound risk and control environment.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of proposed deviations from operational risk policies and standards.
• Perform timely review of proposed processes/initiatives to ensure risk controls are implemented and escalate risk issues.
• Participate in initiatives to foster risk and control awareness, including audit support.
• Prepare accurate periodic operational risk reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage timely reporting, escalation, and investigation of operational risk issues/incidents with root cause analysis.
• Monitor timely resolution of issues from RCSA exercises, audit findings, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle other operational risk related tasks.
