Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/managerial experience in luxury hospitality or premium lounges.
• Strong operational focus with hands-on leadership and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
• Knowledge of F&B operations and premium hospitality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lounge operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Lead front-of-house and service teams to uphold premium standards.
• Support the General Manager in driving performance and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with culinary, F&B, housekeeping, and support teams for a seamless guest experience.
• Manage shift planning, staffing, and productivity in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Address guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, airport regulations, safety, and standards.
• Conduct regular checks to maintain service and presentation quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
