Job summary

Pano Sky Lounge in Kuta, Bali seeks a Waitress for a contract position to be the face of the venue and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness and assist with event setups while working closely with kitchen, bar and housekeeping teams. Fluency in English is required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in waitress or customer-facing hospitality roles
• Strong communication with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tables
• Positive, engaging attitude with passion for delivering outstanding service
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
• Knowledge of service standards and etiquette
• Reliability and punctuality with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and seating them per reservations and floor management
• Presenting menus and offering knowledgeable recommendations
• Taking accurate orders and conveying them to kitchen and bar
• Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintaining a clean workstation and dining areas
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Processing payments and handling transactions
• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings
• Assisting with venue setup and events
• Collaborating with kitchen, bar and housekeeping to ensure seamless service
