You will manage marketing content, build customer relationships, and negotiate rates and terms while aligning with the company’s safety and integrated management system requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Business Management, with major in Logistics or related field.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, and K3/OHS standards.
• Highly adaptive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide information, and assess needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials and brochures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Develop and manage sales of air freight services.
• Promote company services to potential and existing customers.
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms.
• Ensure implementation of Integrated Management System and risk control.
