Job summary

PT K Line Logistics Indonesia is seeking a Customer Service Air Export specialist on a 3-month maternity leave temporary contract to coordinate shipments from booking to flight departure.

You will prepare export documentation (SI, MAWB/HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, PEB, COO), handle CEISA clearance, communicate with customers and airlines, monitor status, and provide competitive quotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of air freight export processes and export documentation.
• Experience with CEISA; DG/IATA DGR knowledge is a plus.
• Good English communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; overtime may be required.
• Temporary 3-month maternity leave replacement.

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight export shipments from booking to flight departure.
• Prepare export documents (SI, MAWB/HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, PEB, COO).
• Prepare and process PEB and customs clearance through CEISA.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, airlines, warehouse/ground handling, and related parties.
• Monitor shipment status, flight schedules, documentation, and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations in coordination with airlines/GSSA.
