Job summary

PT Cross Freight Global Indonesia in Jakarta Utara is seeking a responsible, proactive Customer Service – Air Export to join our team. You will handle air export shipments from booking to completion and work closely with airlines, operations, warehouse, trucking, and overseas agents.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or air export, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple shipments under pressure while maintaining accuracy and ownership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Service / Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
• Understanding of air export processes and documentation.
• Familiar with airline booking, AWB, flight schedules and shipment coordination.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Handle air export shipments from booking to departure.
• Coordinate with customers on shipment details, schedules and rates.
• Arrange airline bookings and space availability.
• Coordinate with airlines, warehouse, trucking and operations teams.
• Prepare and check export documents including AWB.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers.
• Maintain relationships with customers, airlines and agents.
