Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an EXIM Coordinator for on-site work in Surabaya, Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end export and import documentation, ensure compliance with Indonesian customs, and coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and authorities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independence, and ability to handle multiple shipments, with proficiency in Excel and logistics systems. A Bachelor's in Logistics/International Trade and 3 years of EXIM experience are required; PPJK certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade, supply chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on export-import experience.
• Experience with PIB/PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, and related documents.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and trade documentation flows.
• PPJK certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete export and import documentation to support cargo movement.
• Ensure all shipping and customs documents comply with Indonesian regulations.
• Coordinate with customers, operations, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities on schedules and docs.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation-related issues.
• Verify and process EXIM documents (PIB, PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, invoices, COO).
• Maintain organized records and prepare shipment/compliance reports.
• Support customs clearance and timely submission of required docs.
• Utilize logistics systems and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
