Asiacruit is seeking a senior L3 Technical SME specializing in AI compute to serve as the escalation point for the AI compute environment in Jakarta. You will lead root cause analyses, drive automation, and coordinate with OEMs and technical teams to improve platform reliability.

Responsibilities include capacity/performance analysis, lifecycle improvements, and documenting findings. Strong English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus for senior engagements.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in AI infrastructure, Linux, Kubernetes/Slurm, storage, platform engineering, or closely related technical fields.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, or other scripting and automation technologies.
• Experience with SLOs, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with infrastructure lifecycle engineering and OEM escalation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Good command of English (mandatory). Mandarin is preferred for senior technical engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Handle advanced technical escalations and lead complex root cause analysis and performance investigations.
• Identify architectural defects and define permanent corrective actions.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using Python, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Conduct capacity and performance analysis against service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Support lifecycle engineering, platform optimization, and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners to investigate hardware and platform issues.
• Work with L1 and L2 teams to improve troubleshooting practices and technical knowledge.
• Document technical findings, corrective actions, and operational improvements.
