Job summary

TOTM Labs in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate for AI Solutions and Business Development. You will turn early client interest into validated opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to produce commercially viable outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of AI Business Unit, you will conduct market analysis, validate use cases, and help articulate the commercial potential of AI solutions across Southeast Asia, including fundraising support when required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing proposals, presentations and business cases.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution-scope discussions.
• Experience coordinating client projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Able to manage multiple opportunities with clear actions and timelines.
• Fluency in English for client discussions and written materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor presentations, supporting materials and business cases.
• Lead pre-sales, discovery and proposal scoping for opportunities.
• Coordinate inputs from product, technical and leadership stakeholders.
• Manage client and partner relationships through pilots and engagements.
• Translate market findings into practical solution concepts and recommendations.
