Job summary

You will architect AI-driven adoption plans, deliver both 1:1 and scalable expert sessions, and design labs to validate migrations and automation.

Collaborate with account teams, CSMs, SEs, and partners to drive customer success and renewal growth. Fluency in English is essential, Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years.
• Professional-level certification (CCNP, DevNet Professional) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer success, systems engineering, or post-sales delivery.
• Experience in enterprise or service provider environments.
• Experience with proof-of-concept demos and automation/scripts.

Responsibilities

• Translate business outcomes into technical milestones using TAPs.
• Lead 1:1 architectural consultations and scalable Expert Insight Series across APJC.
• Design labs and demonstrations to validate migrations and automation.
• Collect real-world insights to influence Cisco’s product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, CSMs, SEs, and partners to ensure renewal growth.
• Mentor regional engineers and develop reusable configurations.
