Job summary
Indosat is seeking a Staff-Tech Planning & Development professional to lead hands-on development, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of customer experience automation and AI initiatives. You will connect Siebel CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, and RPA with AI Agent Assist, Semantic Search, and knowledge bases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data/AI or related field.
- 1–3 years analytical experience; telecom exposure a plus; fresh grads with internship count.
- Experience in digital initiatives and fast-paced environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CX automation and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, Martech, Product, Finance and Operations to turn needs into solutions.
- Apply responsible-AI and data-protection considerations per UU PDP No. 27/2022.
- Identify technologies, run pilots/POCs, and transition validated solutions to implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and document insights for digital innovation.
