Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc in Jakarta seeks a Customer Success Specialist to be a strategic technical partner, translating business outcomes into technical milestones and driving full platform adoption.

You will lead AI-driven TAPs, run 1:1 and 1:many enablement across APJC, build labs and demos, collect telemetry to influence product roadmaps, and collaborate with account teams, CSMs, engineers, and partners to ensure customer success and renewal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years.
• Professional-level certification (CCNP, DevNet Professional, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in customer success, systems engineering, technical consulting, or post-sales delivery.
• Hands-on in proof-of-concept demos, scripting baseline automation/health-checks, and interpreting telemetry data.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-Driven TAPs translating business outcomes into technical milestones.
• Lead 1:1 architectural consultations and scalable 1:many Expert Insight Series for APJC region.
• Build labs and demonstrations to validate migrations, automation workflows, and edge-case integrations.
• Be the voice of the field by collecting real-world telemetry to influence Cisco’s product roadmap.
• Partner with Account Teams, CSMs, Systems Engineers and Cisco Partners to ensure renewal growth.
• Mentor regional engineers and contribute to engineering forums across ASEAN CX.
