Job summary

PT. EP-TEC Solutions Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to expand B2B partnerships across education, enterprise, and government sectors. The role emphasizes value-driven selling of AI-enabled collaboration solutions, strong CRM use, and lead generation.

You will work closely with Presales and Technical teams to tailor technology-based proposals and close deals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years' sales experience, and a keen interest in AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest and basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and business automation.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or other AI-powered platforms.
• Able to understand and communicate AI use cases and business benefits to customers in a simple and compelling way.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities related to technology and AI.
• Familiar with CRM systems, digital marketing, social media, and sales tools is a plus.
• Target-oriented, proactive, persuasive, and confident in dealing with customers.
• Fast learner with a strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about new technologies and AI trends.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Presales and Technical teams to develop technology-based solutions for customers.
