Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT software sales with sector exposure (law/AI/education preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of legal sector dynamics and how technology solves industry problems.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong teamwork in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to identify and close opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers across law firms, financial institutions, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor offerings to market needs.
