Job summary

ICS Compute is looking for a proactive Business Development lead in Jakarta to identify opportunities and drive growth in AI solutions. You will generate qualified leads, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and guide clients from discovery through deal closure.

The role requires at least 3 years in BD or sales within tech, with a proven AI solution sales track record and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BD, Sales, or Account Management within the technology industry.
• Prior experience working in a Business Development or Sales role at an AI Company is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully selling AI solutions and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and B2B sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Redpumpkin AI solutions and services.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable AI solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and solution presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop proposals and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while consistently achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
