Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Manager for after-sales strategies in Balikpapan to lead a team in delivering outstanding service and technical support. The ideal candidate has a strong managerial background in After Sales or Service Engineering and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, supervising teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Japanese is not required as the reporting is to an Indonesian Manager. Experience in service improvement strategies will be beneficial.
