Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business management, automotive engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in automotive after-sales operations and management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with KPI monitoring.
• Familiarity with ERP, DMS or other business reporting tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Palembang.
• Experience leading workshop operations, service quality, spare parts operations, and customer retention.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the after-sales business, including service operations, spare parts sales, customer retention, and profitability across the network.
• Oversee workshop operations to maintain high standards of service quality, productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, encourage repeat service visits, and improve overall after-sales performance.
• Manage spare parts operations and inventory performance by maintaining appropriate stock availability, inventory turnover, and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor business and operational key performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Strengthen the performance and capabilities of the service network through regular reviews, coaching, operational audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Drive process optimisation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and industry regulations across all after-sales activities.
