Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia seeks an experienced Aftersales Operations Supervisor to oversee aftersales activities across Sumatra. You will monitor service centers, repair teams, and technical staff to uphold service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years in aftersales operations; supervisory experience is preferred. Willingness to travel regularly across Sumatra and be based in Sumatra are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aftersales operations, automotive service, or technical service management.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel regularly across Sumatra for operational supervision and field visits.
• Willing to be based in Sumatra; the specific placement location will be determined based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate aftersales operations across the assigned areas in Sumatra.
• Monitor the performance of service centers, repair teams, and technical personnel to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely vehicle repairs, effective troubleshooting, and proper handling of customer complaints.
• Develop and implement aftersales service procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Coordinate with dealers, service partners, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor aftersales KPIs, including repair turnaround time, service quality, customer satisfaction, and warranty claim handling.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate service operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with the technical team to implement corrective actions.
• Manage aftersales resources, spare parts availability, and service support requirements in the assigned region.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to service teams to improve their skills and performance.
• Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the launch and expansion of aftersales service networks across Sumatra.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aftersales operations, automotive service, or technical service management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, repair processes, warranty claims, and aftersales service operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and implement service improvement plans.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple service locations.
• Willing to travel regularly across Sumatra for operational supervision and field visits.
