Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Tangerang seeks an Officer - After Sales Service to manage customer data after purchase and handle inquiries. This role requires a D3/S1 in related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team at Summarecon Tangerang.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Estate Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and others, monitor reports, and prepare regular updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Management, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in administration, customer service, property, or after-sales is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and good follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to be placed at Summarecon Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data after purchase.
• Receive and record customer complaints, inquiries, and requests.
• Coordinate with multiple departments including Customer Service, Estate Management, Engineering, Developer, Legal, and Finance.
• Monitor status of each customer report.
• Contact customers to provide updates on work status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly after-sales reports.
