Job summary

PT Simbadda Group Indonesia is seeking an organized After Sales Administrator to manage unit registrations, WO creation, and data entry for service and returns at our Jakarta facility.

You will collaborate with technicians, sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and smooth online order returns. A degree in administration or logistics and 1–2 years of related experience are expected, with strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in After Sales, Administration, Customer Service, or Warehouse operations.
• Experienced in managing data, documents, and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in the electronics, computer, or retail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and registration of units received for service.
• Create and manage Work Orders (WO) for technicians.
• Receive, unbox, and record returned products from online orders.
• Monitor service and return status and ensure all data is kept up to date.
• Coordinate with technicians, BD, and relevant teams regarding service and return processes.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for the delivery and return of service units.
• Assist with instant delivery processes for online orders.
• Prepare regular After Sales reports and documentation.
