Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Understanding of export-import and logistics processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as sales administration, sales support or related fields.
• Familiar with SAP systems and Microsoft office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Handle sales administration and SAP input for purchase orders (PO), deliveries, invoicing and shipment documentations.
• Prepare and maintain sales, export-import, and customer-related documentation.
• Coordinate communication and follow up with buyers and internal departments regarding order status and documentation.
• Conduct market, supplier and product research to support business development.
• Prepare reports, maintain filling system, and support daily operational activities of sales department.
