Job summary

As the primary liaison, you will monitor affiliate performance, provide regular progress reports, and plan activation events to recruit new affiliates who post content consistently.

• Manage and maintain relationships with top tier affiliates for Stein & Mito
• Expand and increase deals with mid tier creators
• Chase and increase video count on TikTok (main priority) and Shopee
• Coordinate product samples, content briefs, and live schedules with affiliates
• Monitor each affiliate's performance and evaluate regularly
• Report weekly/monthly on deal progress and video count
• Plan and run affiliate activation events (gathering, workshop, or meetup)
