Job summary

Sinergi Group is a beauty and health company looking for an Affiliate Marketing professional responsible for managing TikTok and Shopee affiliate programs. The role focuses on recruiting affiliates, building partnerships, and driving sales through data-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Affiliate Marketing or KOL management, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and is proficient with Google Sheets for reporting. Experience in beauty/FMCG is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the mechanisms, features, and workflows of TikTok Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
