Jacquelle Beaute is seeking an Affiliate Specialist who thrives on data-driven decision making and fast-paced campaigns. You will turn creator influence into measurable GMV growth by building strategic partnerships with creators, agencies, and MCNs, and by designing scalable affiliate programs.

Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, onboarding creators, managing campaigns for product launches, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.

We’re looking for an Affiliate Specialist who enjoys working with data — gathering, analyzing, and making decisions based on it. This role is for someone who knows how to set up a structure and turn creator influence into sales impact. From spotting rising creators to building strategic partnerships and driving GMV growth, this role is for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and turns trends into measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies, including creator segmentation, acquisition, activation, and scaling, to drive sustainable creator network growth and monthly GMV targets.

Source, approach, onboard, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with Live Affiliate creators to strengthen partnerships and maximize performance.

Plan and execute affiliate campaigns for product launches and brand activations by developing campaign briefs, aligning creator content with brand positioning, and ensuring timely delivery of all campaign objectives and deliverables.

Build and manage partnerships with creator agencies and MCNs, including negotiations, agreements, payments, and documentation.

Manage TikTok and Shopee affiliate sample seeding operations, including request handling, data management, creator selection, shipment tracking, and monitoring content delivery to ensure high SOW completion rates.

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including GMV, engagement, traffic, conversion, and ROI, to identify top-performing creators and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce industry.

Familiarity with creator sourcing and analytics tools, such as Kalodata, TikTok Affiliate Center, and Shopee Affiliate tools.

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, including views, engagement rate, GMV, conversion, and ROI.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for creator database management, performance tracking, and reporting.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable growth strategies.

Willing to work on-site at PIK 1, North Jakarta, Mon - Fri (8 AM - 5 PM)
