Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking an Affiliate Lead to drive growth for our beauty brands. You will manage high-volume affiliate operations, coach a team of specialists, and build a productive creator network across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms, focusing on GMV and sales targets.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in affiliate marketing within beauty, strong data-driven skills, and English proficiency, based in Jakarta working with our Philippines market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Affiliate Marketing, within beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership and high-volume affiliate operations experience.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned with GMV and sales targets across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of affiliate specialists, ensuring team KPIs and campaign targets are achieved.
• Oversee affiliate recruitment, activation, and relationship management to build a creator network and support content production.
• Monitor affiliate content output, GMV, conversion, commission, and ROI to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize affiliate productivity and commercial results through performance reviews, campaign planning, and incentives.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, KOL, Content, and Brand teams to align affiliate initiatives with business targets.

We are a fast-growing beauty company with an expanding portfolio of skincare, personal care, and cosmetic brands. We are looking for a commercially driven Affiliate Lead with strong beauty industry experience, a track record in high-volume affiliate operations, and proven team leadership capabilities.

You will lead affiliate growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other relevant platforms, managing team performance and affiliate operations to drive content productivity, GMV, and sales growth across our brand portfolio. This position will handle our business in Philippines Market, working from Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, mandatory within the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Able to speak in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing high-volume affiliate operations, including affiliate recruitment, activation, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
• Previous team leadership experience, including setting targets, monitoring specialist performance, and driving team results.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate programs.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience driving GMV, sales, and affiliate productivity through data-driven strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
