Job summary

AnyMind Group is seeking a marketing/affiliate internship in Jakarta Pusat. You will help source, reach out to and recruit affiliate creators, onboarding them for campaigns and tracking progress against targets.

You will work with TikTok Shop, Shopee and other channels, maintain databases, and support ongoing campaigns. Strong communication and Excel skills are preferred in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL marketing, social commerce and e-commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee and current social trends.
• Ability to identify creators that fit brand or campaign needs.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and follow-ups with creators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment; internship or prior experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential affiliate creators aligned with brand and campaign needs.
• Reach out to creators via TikTok Shop, Shopee, social channels and other platforms.
• Help recruit, onboard and activate creators for campaigns.
• Follow up on registration, product selection, samples and campaign participation.
• Maintain and organize creator acquisition databases and trackers.
• Track progress of creator acquisitions against targets and activation status.
• Conduct research to uncover potential creators, communities and new channels.
• Support Affiliate Ops Lead in executing creator campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Operations to ensure smooth handover for activation.
• Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and flag bottlenecks promptly.

Responsibilities

• Help us in sourcing and identifying potential affiliate creators who align with our brand and campaign needs.
• Reach out to creators through TikTok Shop, Shopee, social media, and other channels.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and activation of creators.
• Follow up with creators about registration, product selection, sample requests, and their participation in campaigns.
• Keep our creator acquisition database and recruitment tracker updated and organized.
• Track the progress of creator acquisitions and their activation status against our targets.
• Dive into research to discover potential creators, communities, and new acquisition channels.
• Support our Affiliate Ops Lead in executing exciting creator acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
• Work closely with the Affiliate Operations team to ensure that recruited creators are smoothly handed over for activation.
• Prepare regular updates on acquisition progress and flag any issues or bottlenecks to keep everything running smoothly.

Candidate Profiles

• You're a final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• You have a keen interest in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce.
• You're familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and the latest social media trends.
• You can identify and assess creators that fit our brand or campaign needs.
• You feel comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and following up with creators.
• You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You're organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain our creator databases and trackers.
• You're comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while hitting targets.
• You're proactive, responsive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or experience in affiliate, KOL/influencer marketing, community, or e-commerce is a plus.
