Job summary

MOP Beauty is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Intern to support the growth of its affiliate ecosystem on TikTok and Shopee. You will collaborate with the Affiliate Manager and Marketing team to recruit affiliates, communicate with creators, and handle onboarding, samples, and daily operations, including content monitoring and performance tracking.

The role involves coordinating sample shipments, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with payments and mega campaigns.

Qualifications

• Interest in beauty, social media, and e-commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok and Shopee.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Detail oriented, organized, and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support daily affiliate activities on TikTok & Shopee.
• Review daily affiliate form submissions and identify potential affiliates.
• Reach out to potential affiliates and encourage them to join MOP Affiliate.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding and creator communication.
• Coordinate sample requests and shipments to affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate content, views, and GMV.
• Track campaign and hashtag performance.
• Maintain affiliate database and performance trackers.
• Support affiliate payment and commission checking.
• Support affiliate campaigns and mega campaign activities.
