Job summary

AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking a keen intern to support creator acquisitions for affiliate marketing campaigns. You will help identify potential creators, reach out via TikTok Shop, Shopee, and social channels, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and activation processes.

You’ll maintain creator databases, track progress against targets, and collaborate with the Affiliate Operations team to ensure smooth handovers for activation.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• Interest in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and current social media trends.
• Ability to identify and assess creators that fit our brand or campaign needs.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and following up with creators.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with database/tracker maintenance.
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and meet targets.
• Proactive, responsive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Help source and identify potential affiliate creators aligned with brand and campaign needs.
• Reach out to creators through TikTok Shop, Shopee, social media, and other channels.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and activation of creators.
• Follow up with creators about registration, product selection, sample requests, and campaign participation.
• Keep creator acquisition database and recruitment tracker updated.
• Track progress of creator acquisitions and activation status against targets.
• Search for potential creators, communities, and new acquisition channels.
• Support Affiliate Ops Lead in executing creator acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
• Work with Affiliate Operations team to ensure recruited creators are handed over for activation.
• Prepare regular updates on acquisition progress and flag issues to keep operations smooth.

Candidate Profiles

• You’re a final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• You have a keen interest in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL marketing, social commerce, and e-commerce.
• You’re familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and the latest social media trends.
• You can identify and assess creators that fit our brand or campaign needs.
• You feel comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and following up with creators.
• You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain our creator databases and trackers.
• You’re comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while hitting targets.
• You’re proactive, responsive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or experience in affiliate, KOL/influencer marketing, community, or e-commerce is a plus.
