Altius Hospitals Puri Indah seeks an Admission Coordinator to ensure a smooth patient admission process, serving as a key contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include greeting, registering patients, verifying insurance, coordinating with clinical staff for bed availability, and handling transfers with proper documentation. Strong English and Indonesian communication are required, with at least 2 years in a hospital admission or related role.

• Minimum 2 years in hospital admission, reception, or customer-facing healthcare role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Indonesian (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with hospital management systems and computer software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient admission procedures.

• Ability to think quickly and work independently.
• Healthcare sales or patient liaison experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Managing patient check-in schedules and minimizing wait times
