Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate admission records and ensure policy/data protection compliance.
• Manage patient check-in schedules and minimize wait times.
• Greet and register patients upon arrival with complete information collection.
• Verify insurance details and process admission documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for room assignments and bed availability.
• Provide patients and families with information on hospital services and amenities.
• Liaise between patients, medical staff, and admin to ensure smooth flow.
• Process patient transfers and discharges with proper documentation.
