The role requires managing the Director's schedule, correspondence, and legal documentation while serving as a liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the Director's agenda, meeting schedules, business travel, and activities
Prepare and manage correspondence and communications for the Director, including in English
Prepare meeting minutes and monitor follow-up on meeting outcomes
Conduct filing, monitoring, and management of company legal documents
Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and cooperation agreements
Coordinate with notaries, legal consultants, government agencies, and other external parties regarding company legal needs
Ensure all legal documents and company permits are monitored and updated on time
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal and external company stakeholders
Support the Director's administrative and operational needs professionally and effectively
Maintain confidentiality of all company data, documents, and information
Minimum S1 degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar position
Understanding of company legal documents and processes, such as cooperation contracts, permits, corporate documents, and company legal administration
Very good English language ability, both spoken and written
Able to conduct business communication, negotiation, email correspondence, report preparation, and presentations in English
Able to serve as an interpreter in meetings with foreign parties if required
TOEFL score minimum 500 or IELTS minimum 5.5 is a plus
Experience coordinating with international clients, vendors, or business partners is a plus
Able to conduct document administration and filing in a neat, systematic, and organized manner
Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other supporting administrative applications
Detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, with problem-solving ability, and able to work under pressure
