Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik, kemampuan Microsoft Office, dan koordinasi efektif dengan pihak terkait. Penempatan di South Bekasi dengan peluang kerja penuh waktu di lingkungan manufaktur ekspor.

Qualifications

• Diploma atau sarjana diperlukan.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Penggunaaan SIM A dan SIM C diutamakan.
• Kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik secara lisan dan tulisan.

Responsibilities

• Memantau stok dan kondisi barang di gudang.
• Memantau barang keluar masuk gudang dan dari vendor/pemasok.
• Memastikan baris masuk/keluar sesuai Purchase Order, delivery note, dan faktur.
• Mengawasi proses stuffing kontainer untuk akurasi dan penanganan yang benar.
• Berkoordinasi dengan staf gudang, vendor, dan forwarder mengenai jadwal pengiriman & pengambilan.
• Mencatat gerak stok secara akurat dalam dokumentasi.
• Melaporkan ketidaksesuaian atau masalah terkait stok, pengiriman, atau loading kontainer kepada supervisor.
• Mendukung tugas logistik/administratif lainnya sesuai kebutuhan.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

CV Surya Visala Makmur is an export-oriented FMCG manufacturing and trading company based in South Bekasi with principals in Hong Kong. The Admin Logistics role supports the company's warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods and smooth supervision of container loading activities.

• Monitor stock and condition of goods in the warehouse
• Monitor outgoing goods from the warehouse and incoming goods from vendors/suppliers
• Ensure incoming and outgoing goods match against Purchase Orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Supervise and oversee container stuffing process to ensure accuracy and proper handling
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and forwarders regarding delivery and pick-up schedules
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse stock movement
• Report discrepancies or issues related to stock, delivery, or container loading to the supervisor
• Support other logistics/administrative tasks as needed

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially - Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to drive a car and/or motorcycle preferred (must possess a valid SIM A and SIM C)
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate with multiple parties
• Preferably domiciled in South Bekasi
