About the role

CV. Plastindo Mega Utama is seeking a dedicated Admin Gudang / Logistic professional to join our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory records, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our distribution facility. This position is essential to our business operations, directly supporting our ability to deliver quality service to our customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventory records and documentation
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements
• Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports for management review
• Ensure proper organisation and labelling of stored items to facilitate efficient retrieval
• Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers to coordinate logistics operations
• Process shipping and receiving documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Assist in planning warehouse layout and storage solutions to optimise space utilisation
• Support the implementation of warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised work environment
• Track and report on key logistics metrics, including delivery times and inventory accuracy
• Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and logistics coordination

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English
• Ability to work accurately under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics operations
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties as required
• Reliability and strong work ethic with a commitment to safety protocols
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to support team initiatives
• Formal education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous
