Job summary

PT CereStar Indonesia Tbk is seeking an experienced accounting professional to lead financial reporting and controller functions in Jakarta. The role requires 7–10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in supervising staff, strong understanding of cost accounting and P&L analysis, and ERP familiarity (Odoo preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• 7–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-location/logistics/warehousing/FMCG.
• At least 3 years supervising or managing accounting staff.
• Experience managing full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements.
• Practical cost accounting and P&L analysis experience.
• Experience analyzing branch/location profitability is highly desirable.
• ERP system experience; Odoo preferred.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and tax requirements.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, preferably within a multi-location, logistics, distribution, trading, FMCG, warehousing, or other operational business environment.

At least 3 years of experience supervising or managing accounting staff.

Demonstrated experience managing the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, AR, AP, reconciliations, closing, and financial reporting.

Proven experience preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements.

Practical experience in cost accounting and P&L analysis.

Experience analyzing branch, outlet, warehouse, plant, or location-level profitability is highly desirable.

Experience preparing cashflow projections.

Experience with an ERP system; Odoo experience is strongly preferred.

Experience in Indonesian companies and familiarity with local accounting and tax requirements is essential.
